maps.qlikcloud.com now shows "Error connecting to server (404)"

I built a GeoAnalytics app in Qlik sense that had been working fine up until recently. The GeoAnalytics map has the server url pointing to https://maps.qlikcloud.com/. The map now displays "Error connecting to server (404)." Nothing changed within the app before this error occurred. How can I fix this?

QS upgraded? I would reinstall the extensions just to make sure.
