New feedback - Feedback when submitted is only visible to the submitter & their company and Qlik internally. There are additional comments, statuses, product areas, and other metadata visible to Qlik that is not shown to the submitter. Feedback can have the following statuses:
These statuses are not currently visible to the submitter, but we are working on that enhancement. For now, please ask your CSM to report the status back to you. Not all feedback will get a response.
Ideas - Open ideas are available for all community members to comment and vote upon. The community can help prioritize the idea via comments and voting.
Closed ideas - Closed ideas are locked for voting. Some closed ideas may remain open for comments and may be moved to an Open status at Qlik's discretion

Hi there, thanks for outlining the status definitions. This is really helpful!
Quick question: is there a general timeline for how long an idea typically stays in "New" before going through the initial Qlik review? I submitted an idea a few months ago and it's still in "New" status. Just want to make sure it hasn't fallen through the cracks. Appreciate any insight!
what about "Linked to an idea"?
many of mine are showing this as the status/state and this status/state is not on the list here
@Ken_T 'Linked to an idea' essentially means there was an open idea created which solves the feedback and that you should refer to that idea for future updates, and to add votes and comments.
I am working with the vendor to have the linked idea visible to you from your feedback post and/or have the idea's status override the feedback status. That way you would see the flow of the idea as it is updated. Until then, I recommend you browse and find the idea that is a solution for your request, and vote on it, so that it shows up in 'My priorities' > 'Ideas voted for by me', which will allow you to track the status moving forward.
What HAS been done so far here is, once the idea gets set to 'Delivered', the feedback status will also change to match 'delivered'.
