Can Talend be used as an identity resolution provider to enable data onboarding?

Hi there, I just wanted if Talend can be used to push Audience Advertising data out of Salesforce to a DMP/DSP?

This requires Talend to do more than just data integration but to also perform identity resolution and enable data onboarding.
