Complete Noob - Installation Error

Hi,

I've just downloaded Talend Open Source Data Integration and am running into an issue with the installation. The error I get is :

An error has occured. See the log file

C:\Users\XXXX\.eclipse\org.talend.rcp.branding.tos.product.7.1.1.20181026_1147_888908647_win32_win32_x86_64\configuration\1542203538357.log.

When I look at this log file (attached) I can't make heads nor tails of the problem and my google-fu isn't working... can anyone help ?

Hello,

We are not yet targeting Java 11. What dependencies you have that requires JRE 11?

Could you please refer to this online installation guide about:TalendHelpCenter:Compatible Java Environments?

This is what I found in the Error Log section:
