Component problem on Open Studio for Data Integration (8.0.1)

Hi, everyone.

First of all, I couldn't find version 8.0 for talent studio so I select v7.x.

I am very new to ETL concepts and their tools. So if I made any naive mistake please excuse me. I am trying to learn the ETL tools that have large space in the market. Therefore I downloaded the free talent studio version from this link for windows 10, 64 bit:

https://www.talend.com/lp/open-studio-for-data-integration/

Followed the instructions in the incoming e-mail and install it. After the installation, when I run the studio, I couldn't view any components in the palette section. Some jobs were prepared for training purposes. When I try to edit them it says "the properties are read-only because this team is already locked by an editor". I thought this version is very new. The cause of the problem might be the new version. But I couldn't find any older versions. I am trying to find a solution for 2 days. It would be great if anyone can help.

Hello,

Are you able to create a new job and execute it in V 8.0.1? What's JDK version are you using?

You can find the other downloads of the installs by following the links below....

Thank you so much for the solution. Downloading 7.3 solve the problem for me.

In 8.0.1 I was using JDK version 17 and I was able to create a job but I was not able to create any component for that job on the designer menu. Also, I couldn't execute any job. Every time I try I get an error.
