Connection to snowflake in Talend Bigdata Platform 8.0.1

While connecting to the snowflake connection in Talend - i have encounted below error.

net.snowflake.client.jdbc.SnowflakeSQLException: JDBC driver encountered communication error. Message: Exception encountered for HTTP request: connection reset.

i found some answers in same community -  need to enable to Port, if the post no need to be enable then , where need to Add the port no and what is the format  in jvm parameter.

Note : in the snowflake connection seeting - i dont have snowflake region drop down box
