I can't accept the user license agreement and open talend

I installed Talend Studio 7.3.1  but I can't click "I accept". I read online, including this post (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Installing-and-Upgrading/Not-able-to-click-on-I-accept/td-p/2403469 ), that it's necessary to update the JDK. I installed version 11 but without success. I need urgent help.

Is your Java environment set correctly from your side?

Could you please post your studio log here which will be helpful for us to address your issue?

It is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log
