Can't upgrade or uninstall current Data Gateway.

Visual C++ installation error prevent installation process to continue running. (attached screenshot)

Upgrade or uninstallation trying to install Visual C++ version 14.38, but never version 14.50 already installed.

How to skip this part of installation? Look like i need uninstall 14.50 and install older one 14.38 to continue.

Hi @AlexB1 , this is a known product defect (SUPPORT-8964), to be fixed in v1.7.14.0 when available.

In the meantime, you might want to use v1.7.11.0 instead.

Hi @AlexB1
Did you try uninstalling Visual C++ and then starting the Data Gateway upgrade again?

That's what I did, but then I'm left with the outdated version of Visual C++.
So after uninstalling VC++ 14.50 and upgrading Data Gateway I uninstalled VC++ 14.38 and reinstalled 14.50.
So far everything is fine.

I'm currently on 1.7.11.0. I wanted to upgrade to 1.7.12.0.
In the meantime, removing vc++ 14.50 solves the problem.
