Freezing of the installation

Im unable to continue the installation of talend open studio 8.0.1 on the system Windows Server 2019.

Please kindly help me

You can run the windows Task Manager to show/kill the installation process, then re-install a new studio with new folder.

In the Task Manager, You can right click the TOS process to select the 'End Task' menu to kill it

it doesn’t solve the problem, I want to install talend but it always crashes every time at the time of installation

I don’t know what to do 

it runs on server windows 2019 

RAM: 8GB

Hard disk: 120GB

I already checked the task manager, I eliminated several processes, no changes

I can install the TOS successfully on windows server 2019 VM with 13G RAM in my side.

Is it possible to allocate more memory for your server or restart the server to re-try?

can I have much more details about the characteristics about your server, so that i can adjust with mine?

My server is a vm in GCP platform with the below details.

However, if there is still issue about installation of the windows installer on your server. One workaround is to download the zip file of linux archive. You can download the link in your TOS email as the below, then unzip it and launch the TOS_DI-win-x86_64.exe file, I tried and it's working in my side

I have done it but now its showing this error
