Freezing of the installation

Im unable to continue the installation of talend open studio 8.0.1 on the system Windows Server 2019.

Please kindly help me

Hello @Not defined Not defined​ ,

Please make sure:

1. Your JDK is Oracle 11 JDK
2. Using 7zip to unzip the studio zip file
3. Run the file TOS_DI-win-x86_64.exe as 'Administrator'

my jdk is oracle 17 jdk

i have tried to open the .exe as an administrator still not opening

Now its working fine because i have copied all the TOS folder of the physical machine where my talend was installed, and paste it on my VM
