Getting Error while opening TOS 7.3.1

Hi Team,

I have installed TOS_7.3.1 community version.

But while opening the Studio I am getting error "Failed to load the JNI shared library C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_251\bin\client\jvm.dll\".

I have set JAVA_HOME and set the path of bin folder in Environment variable as well.

Also set the java path in .ini file as well.

Kindly help if anyone has any solution for this.
