How to Back up and Restore TAC's DB and SVN

But this document show us how to make a back-up.

my issue is : i stopped the SVN service, and now i'm not able to start it again.

Restarting Apache Subversion

# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

Note: lines starting with "#" mean that they must be executed as root
