I can't download third party jar Files

Hi,

I have researched this issue some and found this previous thread: https://community.talend.com/t5/Installing-and-Upgrading/not-able-to-download-jars-in-TOSBD-6-5-vers...

I've followed all the steps to add the talend-update.talend.com:443 to the proxy whitelist.  I've signed into my exchange account.  I've restarted TOS as administrator and I still cannot get an actual download and install button for any of the external jar files.

What's more is that the typical jar installation wizard that would typically run at start-up of TOS_DI doesn't even initiate.  I'm trying to get my TOS_DI 7.0.1.20180411_1414 instance running on a new work computer.  I've imported all of my relevant workspaces but when I try to modify any of them - I can't because none of the appropriate jar files have been installed.  When I attempt to follow these steps - I cannot get the actual "Download and Install" button to show up - it's always greyed out or just gives me the icon to navigate my local file system.

Any help?

Hello All,

We deployed the last patched version of the nexus hosting talend-update.talend.com on Friday and do not ring any alarm on our side and tests done did not trigger any issue on our side.

Could you please try to install Additional Packages to see if it is OK with you from your end?  It seems to be working now.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Feel free to let us know your issue.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello, @badri-nair ,

Could you post your issue here? Is your network OK with you? Are you behind proxy?

Best regards

Hi Sabrina,
I am still not able to download the libraries. I am not behind any proxy
This is when i go for the Help-> install additional package.
When i try to install the optional libraries, I keep running into the

I think, this is a most common issue in 7.1.1. 1 other post says, it was fixed in 7.1.2. But, we can't get that Zip/ Downlaod on the Talend web site. Talend 7.2.1 is in it's Beta release state.  Can you please send the clear cut instructions for resolving this?
