Install additional features

Hi
When I attempt to install optional third party libraries, then click on finish. it hangs on retrieving licenses and I need to kill it with task manager. I have waited 30 mins.
Windows 7. TOS 6.3.1 64 bit
please help

Is there any error message which is located in log when it hangs on retrieving licenses?
