Installing Additional Packages

Hi,

Little bit frustration here... I try to install the additional packages to be able to see graphs etc... but nothing works. Already 2 days busy to try. I'm working on a Mac. 😉

Hello,

All required jar files are installed completely? Is it working well after restarting your studio?

What's your Mac OS? Could you please have a look at this online installation guide about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems to see if you are on a compatible platform?

It's Catalina, I think all jar files are installed but how do I know??

Once it's installed, it should be hidden from the list of Additional Packages

If you can still see them it's not installed: for that,when you choose to install , can you check the dwn right progession bar ? Does it go until 100% ?

0693p00000AZL5YAAX.pngDo you have enough space on your filesystem ? Can you write on all studios subdirectories ? (to be sure : chown -R username: DIRECTORY)

It's not hidden from the list Additional Packages. It goes until 100%. So it's just like he is installing but after there is no change.

Can Data Explorer perspective show correctly and Chart in column analysis show after restart studio?

No nothing works. He's installing and restarting but then I can install the packages again and again and again... It's all the same.

We will make a testing on talend open studio for data quality V 7.3 to see if this issue repro from our end and then come back to you asap.

What is the zise of your PATH\studio\configuration\.m2 directory ? When you download, doest he size change ? Do you have all access (RW) on this directory ? Maybe you can see error onlog file (help/Support logs)
