Jobs cannot be compiled after upgrade to 6.2.1 Verision

Hi , I upgraded to 6.2.1 and run into issues with some of the jobs which were running fine on 6.0 and were able to compile successfully.
We use SVN for Repository and it looks like the .jar files are not in Sync with the Server .
One of the blog talked about copying the studiopath/configuration/.m2 directory onto the commandline/configuration/.m2 , but we don't see that directory structure on both the local studio and on etl server. Please advise on how to sync up the studio version of jar files on to the command line directory on etl server.  All the .jar files on local studio are under the /Applications/studio_6_2_1/plugins/org.talend.libraries.microsoft_6.2.1.20160704_1411/lib directory.
Here is the Error.
ava.lang.RuntimeException: org.talend.designer.runprocess.ProcessorException: org.talend.designer.runprocess.ProcessorException: Job compile errors
At least job "Process_Claims" has a compile errors, please fix and export again.
Error Line: 2267
Detail Message: com.jcraft cannot be resolved to a type
There may be some other errors caused by JVM compatibility. Make sure your JVM setup is similar to the studio.
