No application id has been found.

I keep getting this error message when trying to load TOS_MDM-macosx-cocoa on my macbook.  I have updated my JDK and JRE so I dont think that is the issue.  Any suggestions?

JRE and JDK (version 😎 are up to date.  I still have the issue.
