SAP RFC server as Windows service

Hi Folks,

Is there any way to set the SAP RFC Server as a windows service? My customer installed 6.3 with SAP RFC Server and services but no windows service was set up for the SAP RFC Server. Is this normal? If so, how can you set up the windows service?

Thanks in advance,

Rich.

SAP is never been a part of Talend installation process, so better to ask on SAP related resources, as example - https://blogs.sap.com/2010/04/29/how-to-start-a-rfc-registered-server-program-as-a-windows-service/

Thank you. We'll look at that.

Get NSSM service installer or use the one delivered with Talend - you'll find it in the UTILS directory. Enter path and file name of start-tsaps.bat, the according startup directory and give a nice service name, e.g. TSAPS. Runs like a charm!
