TOS-win32-x86 - "An error has occured. See the log file"

Hi,
I had this message (juste after the picture with the bridge) when I tried to launch TOS :
An error has occured. See the log file
C:\Program Files\TOS-Win32-R20205-V3.0.2\Configuration\XXXXX.log

Hi selma24,
What's build version you are using?
So far, Talend Studio requires oracle JDK 1.7(V 5.6) or higher(since V 6.0).

Please take a look at document about:TalendHelpCenter:Java.

Hi Team,

 

When I select the project I get a warning to check the log file

I get this error on checking the log file,please help me with this.

Hello @talenduserlko 

For v6 of Talend products JDKv1.8 is required instead of JRE. If that requirement is met, ensure JDK bin is included in your PATH environment variable and is being reached.

What's OS are you using? What is your JDK Compliance level in Studio Java Compiler preferences? Please ensure JDK bin is included in your PATH environment variable and is being reached.

We have installed  Java Version 12.1 64 Bit

SystemConfiguration

OperatingSystem : WIndows 10

Bit : 64

and getting Error Please Suggest.
