Talend Cloud Remote Engine installation issue in Windows 10

Hello,

I have already installed Talend Studio and have login in Talend cloud now I need to install the Remote engine. I am trying to install the Talend Cloud Remote Engine but got below error.

Please help to resolve this problem ASAP.

I'd recommend going to Talend Cloud's download page and downloading the appropriate remote engine from there. If this is what you have done and retrieved the installer version, could you try downloading the zip version.
