Talend Studio unresponsive. Takes 15-20 mins to open studio and also to open a single job

Have you ever tried to add -Dcomponent.kit.disable=true in maven parameter if you are using any custom component in your studio?

Hi, Have not added it. This is new studio install, there are no jobs developed so far.. We just tried to open the studio and create one test job and it is taking long time.

Could you please try to add this in your maven parameters -Dcomponent.kit.skip=true
and re run the build and check if this makes any difference?

Hi,

This solution was provided by Talend support. Yes it did work but heard from Talend support that this a temporary fix and custom components cannot be created when this fix is applied. Is there any other fix?
