Unable to install Additional Talend Packages

I am unable to install either the required or optional packages. If I click "Finish" on one or both packages, the application gets hung up trying to retrieve licenses (progress remains at 0%)
(Installation window can be found under Help > Install Additional Packages)
Any thoughts?

I'm able to install some modules, but not all which is even more strange. It seems to hang on anything related to either Apache or Amazon, but I can download and install any/all other modules with no issue. Well, the only issue with that is I have to install each module manually (click the Download and Install button). And I tried pausing my antivirus software (Symantec) and it had no effect.
Environment info:
Windows 7
TOS 6.1.1.20151214_1327 (64bit)

Hi bbrooksux,
Is there any error message in error log? Is your network Ok with you? Are you behind proxy?
Have you checked documents about: TalendHelpCenter:Identify required external modules and TalendHelpCenter:Install external modules?
Best regards

I couldn't find anything specific to this issue in the error logs (attached). We are behind a couple of proxies so that could be one of the issues. I'm working with our IT department to have exceptions created for some of these.
What I'm more curious about is why can I download and install some modules with no issue (ex. bonita-client-5.2.3.jar with GPL-2.0 license) but not others (ex. b-iwombat.jar with Apache-2.0 license)?

Hi bbrooksux,
Some modules are not available on the Talend website but can be downloaded directly from external websites.
If you are behind proxy, please refer to page: TalendHelpCenter:Configuring a proxy in the maven setting file

paused my Anti Virus, and it fixed the issue (Windows 7, Talend Studio 6, using anti virus based on Kaseya)

I am baffled why this would work, but it did!  Thank you very much.
