Unable to install Talend Open Studio for Data Integration on Mac M1 Ventura 13.2

Hello!

I am trying to install TOSDI-8.0.1-osx-installer

I have made sure i have the recommended JDK

java -version output:

When I click on the installer, nothing happens but i can see

talend process

in activity monitor consuming lots of CPU

I have also tried this suggestion, but with a similar failure. The script executes successfully until the last line and then hangs.

Please help!

Hello,

You don't need to install Talend Studio as such, you can simply unzip it from the zip package. If you download the zip file and just unzip that, it will be fine.

this is not the recommended approach for installing on Mac OSX. I was sent an email from talend with installation links and the link downloads a .dmg . Can you please point me to the zip file you speak of and any related instructions
