Unable to start TAC v 7.3.1

Hello team,

i have intalled Talend V7.3.1 easy install with all talend components. Talend studio is run normally but Talend administration center is KO.

When i click to "start-tac" i don't have any action.

Could you have an idea, need an help please. Many thanks

My Java version is JDK 1.8_161

Are you using talend installer to install your Talend product or install it manually?

There are three methods to install your Talend product:

• Install using the Talend Installer. This is the recommended way of installing your Talend product. For more information, see Introducing Talend Installers.
• Install manually. You can customize every step of your installation. For more information, see Manual installation order.
• Install using the Red Hat Package Manager. You can deploy and install applications and services on RPM-based systems. For more information, see About installing Talend applications and services using RPM
