Hi,
the update itself is very easy:
1) Install the new version (into a separate folder).
2) Start TOS, define a new Connection
3) Use the button "Manage" to get options for managing new and exisitin projects
Please ensure you have saved your existing projects before you do the next step!
4) Select "Import" existing projects and select your 2.4 project. And import / migrate the project
5) Open the project and start testing
