Where do the system routines come from?

I've created a new test project in our v7 environment, and it appears to have a slightly different set of system routines to our 6.3 environment.

6.3 has DataMasking, DataQuality, DataQualityDependencies, DqStringHandling, DQTechnical

7.1 has TalendStringUtil

I was not around when the 6.3 environment was created, does anyone know why it has system routines that the v7.1 project does not? Likewise, is TalendStringUtil new or is there some other reason why it is absent from 6.3?

i think it depends on the subscription license model you are using, can you check it?
