cannot start TOS after Installation (Apache License Window freeze)

After Installation of TOS 7.3.1 it's not possible to start TOS.

The License windows of Apache appears but on clicking on the Button "I accept" nothing happens.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

Java JDK: zulu11.45.27-ca-jdk11.0.10-win_x64 (JAVA_HOME already set)

Version 7.2.1 runs without problems on the same laptop.

@Giuseppe Cancilleri​ ,check the Java version which you installed.

Did you install your 731 studio completely? Any error message in studio log when you start it?

Hi Sabrina I installed OpenStudio 731 completely (TOS_DI-20200219_1130-V7.3.1-windows-installer.exe) without any errors. Where can I find the log on my laptop? Regards,giuseppe

The studoi log message is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log

Find attached the logfile. It seems that is not using the Zulu openjdk that I set in the JAVA_HOME Variable. ? Thanks for your support Giuseppe

Just found out, that starting via command: Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe -vm it works. It really seems that could not find the right java

Here is online documentation about: TalendHelpCenter: Setting up JAVA_HOME

Please ensure JDK bin is included in your PATH environment variable and is being reached.
