could not see graph in the analysis result page

I installed Open studio for Data quality but could not see graph in the analysis result page. 

could not install  third party packages( optional third party libraries(490)).  see error message attached.

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are? Is network connection OK with you? Are you behind proxy setting?

Sabrina, network is good. I am using data quality open studio V7.1. When I was using 6.5 I had graphs generated automatically.

Have a try to install it manually from Talend Modules view, download this jar from internet and then install it from Talend Modules view. Let us know if it is OK with you.
