Hi @Valquiria Chartone Cabral

The error is because of a permission issue of the user on the SqlServer DB.This is verified by manually logging in to database and executing the command to create a test table.

Can you please check if you are using the right username. If yes, please grant the user access to the DB schema so they will be able to create the tables.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks!!

status 500 is related to the server refusing the connection, so you might have a deep logok on mysql logs that might be helpfull

Hi @valchaca
I am also facing the same issue. May I know how did you managed to rectify the issue and from which folder path you collected the logs.

Your response will be greatly helpful to debug my error.

Thank you!

Hello @Puru
Usually we get into TAC DB config page, could you check by granting the permission firstly?
Qlik Community: Talend Administration Center: Permission error '500 The call failed on the server; s...

After that, you can check the job execution logs and TAC technical logs for addressing issues.

How To Download TAC technical Logs:
- Talend Administration Logs (TAC)
- From TAC select Settings and then Configuration from the menu on the left
- Click the 'Download Log' button from the top of the Configuration pane on the right.

Hope it helps.

Best regards

Sabrina
