support required to proceed further with talend

I have registered for a 14 day free trial with talend, created login user/password & downloaded talend windows setup,installed the same but unable to proceed further after the login process in talend studio. attached screen where i am not able to proceed further.

Hello,

Please make sure that your username in the Studio Manage Connection page is correct(case sensitive I suppose).

Please confirm if your admin assigned you as a project collaborator for the project following the link below:

https://help.talend.com/en-US/management-console-user-guide/Cloud/assigning-users-to-projects
