unable to install exchange component

Hello

When i try to install an Exchange component i have this error in logs

Hello

No , i've tried by clicking on Exchange ling in toolbar et click on install in Downloaded extensions menu.

After your answer , i've tried with thsi method and the component doesn't appear in Palette
