Make dimensions in Angularjs Extension selectable

Hi

Anybody know how I should approach making table dimensions in an angularjs extension selectable ?

Also anybody know how to copy and paste from notepad++ the html I am using into here ?

When I do a simple copy & paste all the formatting goes funny making it pretty unreadable
