Set up Qlik Cloud IDP configuration against Watchguard Authpoint with SAML 2.0

Hi!

I need help with configure an IdP against Wathguard Authpoint

From the information I've gathered it integrates with IdP using the SAML 2.0 standard but I can't find any information on how Qlik Cloud can do it or if it is even possible.

So, is there a way to create a new IdP Configuration in Qlik Cloud towards Watchguard Authpoint using SAML 2.0 or any other way to get it to work?

@AJZ - SAML is not yet supported as an interactive login protocol for Qlik Cloud. To configure an interactive IDP login flow with Qlik Cloud today, you would need to use OIDC.

Hi @AJZ ,

we just were able to setup Watchguard against Qlik Cloud succesfully. It takes some attention but you basically have to follow these tutorials:

Things to do in order for it to work:

- change the login to username in watchguard

- Do not validate at first, but edit the idp provider again and change the "Name ID Format" to SAML 2.0

- Upload the .cer file you can download from the IDP overview in the Qlik Cloud to watchguard (Point 9 in the tutorial from watchguard)
