Can we change the Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows database names (QSR, QSMQ, etc...)?

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows comes with a set of databases:

  • Qlik Sense repository database (QSR)
  • Qlik Sense services database (SenseServices)
  • Qlik Sense message queue database (QSMQ)
  • Qlik Sense logging database (QLogs)
  • Licenses service database (Licenses)

For an up to date list of databases, check the Qlik Online Help for your respective Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows version. 

 

Resolution:

 

The names of these databases cannot be changed.
