Does Qlik Sense support NFS Shared storage?

All supported Qlik Sense releases support:

• SMB 3.0-based file shares, including standard Windows file shares
  
  
• High-end NAS under particular scenarios

• NFS-based files share

  To enable compatibility with an NFS share, add the MapNetworkDrives=1 parameter in the Qlik Sense settings.ini.

Can you clarify what you mean with warning about NFS-based file shares?

As noted, they are supported:

• NFS-based files share
