The port 443 to imagery provider services.arcgisonline.com is probably blocked Check and open port 443 (scroll down to "Web browser ports" and check "map").
Hi @Joseph_Musekura @Sonja_Bauernfeind, We have this traffic enabled, still we are facing this issue and unable to get image as expected in the export. Can you please assist.
