As shown in the attached screenshot, QlikView IIS has stopped running.
This indicates the identity used to run the Application Pool is incorrect, disabled, or has a wrong password recorded.
- Open the Microsoft IIS Management Console
- Open the Application Pools node underneath the machine node.
- Select the QlikView Application Pool on the right panel
- Open Advanced Settings...
- Select the Identity list item and click the ellipsis (the button with the three dots).
- Press Set and change the password there.
- Press OK and
- Start the application pool in the right panel.
