QlikView IIS Application Pool has stopped running.

As shown in the attached screenshot, QlikView IIS has stopped running. 

This indicates the identity used to run the Application Pool is incorrect, disabled, or has a wrong password recorded. 

  1. Open the Microsoft IIS Management Console
  2. Open the Application Pools node underneath the machine node.
  3. Select the QlikView Application Pool on the right panel
  4. Open Advanced Settings...
  5. Select the Identity list item and click the ellipsis (the button with the three dots).
  6. Press Set and change the password there.
  7. Press OK and
  8. Start the application pool in the right panel.
