Display a data flow with extension

Hello I have this requirement :

The data in the file is attached , the name (Zied) show in what list Zied is attached :

In the example Below Zied is attached to Performance and Day and not attached to Quailty and Color

The requirement is one graph using the extension SenseSankey Qlik Branch showing the data flow
