How change Qlik Sense Mobile Landing Page without EMM

Happy New Year to all,

We would like to change the Qlik Sense Landing Page for a few of our users using Mobile App (Abdroid & iOS) but we do not have Enterprise Mobile Management. We also not able to find any config file in the mobile devices. Is there anyway we can change the AppConfig example below manually ?
