Solved: Qlik Reload with Two Master Nodes - Qlik Community

We have a Multi node setup with 4-5 nodes . The failover node has all the service enabled. However we want to route all the Task reload to other nodes. We cannot disable the scheduler node on this node as this is a Failover node.

We have our Central Node scheduler set to be Master. Is it possible to set the Failover node to be Master as well. Does Qlik support two Master nodes as part of Deployments. This way when the failover takes over in case of any issue with Central it will behave exactly as same as the Original Central Node.

Hi,

At the moment Qlik Sense supports only one Manager scheduler (Master).

Usually, the failover node is also a worker scheduler - when the failover happens, the passive central will be then promoted from worker to manager scheduler.
