Qlik Sense SaaS - Usage to application by users

How do I check usage of users by individual apps in Qlik Sense SaaS cloud. I know there is an event called "com.qlik.user-session.begin" in the Event Viewer in Management Console, but that only provides statistics about user logins but not by individual application. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Vikram,

I am afraid this app does not provide the information I am looking for. Just to clarify, I am looking for session/login of users for each application in Qlik SaaS. For example - I am looking for something like this:

App Name     User Name          Last Session Start      Last Session Date

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

App1               User1                     2021-07-09 13:00:00      2021-07-09  14:01:00

App1              User2                     2021-06-01  11:00:01     2021-06-02    01:01:40

I submitted a new idea / enhancement request for this today, 1/21/2025, since it is still not in the entitlement analyzer

Please note that most of this information (apps accessed, sheets viewed) can be found in the App Analyzer: https://github.com/qlik-oss/qlik-cloud-app-analyzer 

We are not planning to make any further enhancements to the Entitlement Analyzer since this doesn't work with our newer licensing model and misses quite a lot of key information about apps and resources consumed by users.

Please take a look at the app analyzer, and feel free to loop back if you have additional needs/ feedback.
