Qlik configuration QSR

I have a fully configured Qlik Sense enterprise server and I will be installing another one. The configuration took a very long time. 

Is it possible to use the backup of the QSR DB from the existing server and restore it on the new server once it is installed? 

Are there any table values that need to be changed in the existing QSR?
