How do I limit control to the Data Load Editor for a role that I created called Contributor?

Hello! 

Are you trying to provide/limit access to the script editor on Published or Unpublished application?

By default you are not supposed to access the script editor on Published Application. You have to duplicate the app and edit it in the Unpublished version available in the user personal work space.
