Sync Rules menu not found in QMC June 2017

Not able to find "Sync Rules" in QMC. Is it called as "Load Balancing Rules" now?

Sync Rule meant the rule to syncronize Nodes. Since the sync architecture is no longer supported and has been replaced with the shared persistence based architecture, sync rule has no sense any more to be there
