privileges to run tasks

Hello I'm new to Qlik Sense

I installed Qlik Sense server using the domain user domain\user1

with this user I can create and run tasks manually

Now I want another user to see my work in the Hub and allow this user to run tasks manually

Please advise on how to accomplish this

I can walk on water when it freezes
