2 minutes delay when connecting to production environment

Hello,

We have one user that has a 2 minute delay when connecting do server. User generates https link to production environment and upon clicking the "connect" button, it takes about 2 minutes. 

User has the latest iOS.

I have logs generated from the mobile. I can send it here or to dedicated location.

Please help as I don't know what could be the cause for this behaviour.

Is the mobile client request passing through any reverse proxy or firewall?

Are you seeing this issue when connecting from any external network or inside office network aswell?

You can attach the mobile diagnostic logs here to review.

1. It is passing through FortiGate firewall

2. It occurs with VPN connection
