Airwatch users, please read: Qlik Sense Mobile if used with iOS / iPadOS 13 and AW per-app VPN

Hi folks,

iOS13 seems to be causing a severe issue in AirWatch’s per app VPN tunnel, which basically renders the Qlik Sense Mobile useless. Over the last couple of weeks we have been working with Apple and AirWatch to help them find the root cause, but this seems to be very deep in the operating system.

While we work with Apple to solve this issue, we recommend that Airwatch users DO NOT upgrade to iOS 13.

Apple has now released a fix for this issue as part of iOS 13.2 release. It is now safe to upgrade to iOS13 as long as you ensure you are on 13.2 or above.
