Button Navigation under layout container not working in Qlik Sense SaaS mobile app

Hi,

I am using button object in layout container over a text object to apply some actions and sheet navigation in Qlik Cloud. This works perfectly in browser but not in SaaS mobile app. I have noticed that actions such as set variable value works perfectly in mobile app however only navigation functionality is not working either I choose sheet navigation or apply bookmark action.

Can anyone confirm that this is a known bug or please suggest some solution or workaround.

Hello,

Sometimes containers can mess with how elements behave in mobile apps. Try placing the button outside the container and see if it makes a difference. Instead of directly triggering navigation actions, use variables to control which sheet is displayed. It’s a bit more work, but it might bypass the limitation.

Does the button have a title? Years ago I had a similar problem with a Filtering Panel. If I put a label on the fields that made it up, the panel didn't work in the mobile version, but it did in the browser. I opened a case in Qlik and they ended up solving it in an update.

In my case, i dont want to show labels. Actually, I am trying to use button (transparent) for navigation and for applying some actions on top over text object under layout container. 

The issue is that button is working on mobile app, and actions are also working but only navigation is not working. However, this whole functionality is working perfectly in browser.

This has been fixed in version 1.174.17.
Now the button works inside a layout container.

I'm still having this type of issue in SaaS.


@FredrikBlacko , is it really working?

I created a layout container and put KPIs, texts and graphs in it. All over that, I placed a button covering 100% of container area, using navigation to go to a specific sheet.

Curious is that I duplicated this container 5 times for 5 diferent sheets, aparently 2 of them are working on mobile, the others not.

Also, set a variable value at the actions is not working too.

I'm using SaaS at Brazil's tenant.

The device is a Samsung A35 using Android 16, One UI version 8.5

Curious thing about it:
The app attached was duplicated from the original to remove all unnecessary data/info. The layout container that remained in the app was working properly in the original app but is not working anymore in the attached version.
