How to check an user has downloaded apps on his mobile device?

Hi all

Is there any way to determine if a user has downloaded an app on her/his iPad? I’ve not been able to find it in the monitoring apps or logs yet.

By this question I mean as an administrator I need to check whether the users have downloaded apps on their mobile devices?
