On Mobile App, I am getting as error saying that my Mobile is not connected to internet

But i have a valid internet connection (Wifi) in my iPhone. Then why this error is showing ? My Authentication link is with "https"

Kindly advice.

Hello Bijoy,

Greetings! Hope you are doing well. Before you can connect to a Qlik Sense server and log in with your credentials from the Qlik Sense Mobile app you will need to authenticate your credentials against the Qlik Sense server from a computer browser.

Hope you have tried it.
